The KISS principle is an acronym for ‘Keep It Simple and Smile’. It is one of the best principle used to help you keep focused even on every milestone.

You form a pattern when you’re training, and it can really be boring especially if you’ve been doing it for a long time. I’m not saying that you only need a shorter amount of time in the gym, less boredom, to attain success. What I’m saying is, you don’t have to go to the gym to reach your fitness goal.

  • Do You Need Complicated Tools?

To be fit? No. You wouldn’t need complicated tools that are just available in the gym in order to lose weight or keep in shape.


  • Do You Need to Do it INDOORS?

No, you don’t have to. Yes, even if it’s raining. You can definitely attain better results when you train outdoors. It’s because of air-resistance, which you cannot get inside the gym.


  • Is it going to be Fun?

Is it? It depends, but join a group of like-minded people, it can be… specially if you do your training outside! Training is more fun when you are surrounded with nature and friends, just like in a bootcamp.
