Muscles are for men.

Most women believe that muscles are only for men. They think that getting a little more toned can make them look more manly. That taking away their softness and flabbiness, means taking away womanhood. That is really not the case.

Fitness workouts will make you feel good because it triggers brain chemicals that are responsible for your mood. Not only will regular exercise makes you feel happy inside, seeing the results of your work and discipline from the outside will also make you feel good. After all, who doesn’t want to have a sexy, fit body.

You will not have enough time once you become a mother.

The demands of being a mother could be really tedious. Taking care of the kids and doing daily chores in the house demands a lot of time. It’s even harder to have enough time for exercise when you’re a single mother. These things are true, but there is always a way.

The good thing about fitness is that, it will make you stronger, therefore making it easier for you to take care of your kids and doing household chores. Having a stronger body will make you feel that your daily activities are becoming less and less tedious. You will feel less stressed from the daily demands of work in and outside the house. And lastly you will sleep better. Just start doing your exercises for the next two or three weeks and you will notice the difference.

So how are you going to do it? If you don’t have time to go to the gym, get a program that will let you exercise right in the comfort of your home. Perhaps you can buy a fitness video to help you with your workout. Rest assured, this is going to be a fun playtime with your kids. You don’t have to always be serious when it comes to fitness. Have fun!

You’ll gain more weight once you stopped going to the gym.

This is quite true, if you get discouraged. This is true if you choose to be a pessimistic person. Remember, when it comes to fitness, your worst enemy is yourself.

The key here is discipline. If you want to be fit, you need to work for it. It doesn’t only mean that you always have to go to the gym. There are some days that you couldn’t, but you can always do alternate activities to compensate. Just a simple run could help make you fit, if you do it regularly.
