Men and Fitness

Too old to get ripped

Most men think that they’re too old for fitness, especially when they reach the 40’s. They think that having abs and big biceps will not fit their age anymore. That trying hard to get ripped means they’re regressing. That actually depends on your perspective.

Who doesn’t want to have a fit and healthy body? A body that you can be proud of. A body with high immunity and endurance that will certainly not let you get ill. A body that will help you to stay active from dusk ‘til dawn, so you can have time for work and your family.

Exercise will definitely help you to look good and feel good, literally. Doing it regularly will help your brain chemicals to keep you in the mood.

You will not have enough time once you get married and have kids

You may think that juggling between work and your family takes a lot of hard work. That going to the gym would be a hassle. It’s even tougher to have time for exercise when you’re acting as both the mother and the father at the same time. However, if you have a will to be healthy and live longer, there will always be a way.

You decide now. Which is more important for you, to be fit and stay fit so you can live to witness your kids grow up, or indulge yourself to work and bad health habit that will take that privilege away from you?

The wonderful thing about working out to get fit is that it will make you stronger, therefore helping you to perform better. It’s a great stress reliever that doing it regularly will help your mind to stay sharp during work, and help your body to keep up with your active kids once you get home. Consistent training will also help you to sleep better at night.

It’s harder to get the abs once you’ve gained it back

You are your own worst enemy. If you get negligent, aren’t disciplined enough, or depressed, you can gain back what you’ve lost. That includes fats.

Once you started to work your way to fitness, you must have the determination to finish what you started. To never give up until you reach your goal. Then you must be committed to getting fit and staying fit all throughout your life. You don’t have to go to the gym. All you need to do and alternate your activities to keep it interesting. One way to do it is through joining an OUT-FIT bootcamp…it’s the safest and most effective way to get fit.

Another way is to have fun with your kids! Play with them! You can get a fitness video tutorial available anywhere online, or just go outdoors with your kids on your day-off and enjoy the quality ‘healthy’ time with them. Your children will appreciate it.

There is value in playing, working out, or training ‘outdoors.’ Not only is it for the benefit of your eyes and your lungs, it will also be a greater advantage in fat loss. You exercise outside, you burn more.
